Regional representation
When our customers’ circumstances change and new needs arise, we want to be among the first to know. That way we can respond rapidly, developing and offering new products, product ranges and services to match the continually evolving market. Our sales and production activities are therefore organised into geographical regions, each headed by a Managing Director.
Our company also has one centralised Management Team.
Centralised functions
As a worldwide organisation, we seek to ensure that all our customers benefit from our broad expertise and innovative competence, no matter where they are located. For this reason, R&D resources, Product Management & Marketing and Design & Engineering are centralised functions, supported by regional Application Development Managers. Purchasing activities are organised centrally by Group Procurement.
