To complete the existing light and heavy duty plastic pallet program, Schoeller Arca Systems developed a medium duty pallet. The medium pallet fulfils a big gap between the light and heavy duty pallet segment which are nowadays on the market and is available as BiPP multiple- and EOS limited trip pallet with the dimensions 1200 x 1000 mm. Other dimensions that will be introduced are 1200 x 800 mm and 1140 x 1140 mm.
EOS Medium BiPP Medium
Through a state of the art design, the medium pallet offers a perfect balance between dynamic/racking load capacity and its own weight of 14 Kg. Both the BiPP and EOS medium pallet are an excellent alternative for wooden pallets, in price and performance. The pallets are made from a single piece meaning damage to the product and packaging caused by splinters, nails or staples is prevented. This makes the pallets extremely suitable for shipments where safety and hygiene (HACCP) are essential.
Big advantage of the EOS medium plastic pallet is that the pallets do not have to be pre-treated when used for export in contradistinction to wooden pallets.
